Default My Favorite Song and Album this week.

This man is a great songwriter. The song is Sleep through the Static by Jack Johnson.

The first line is

"Trouble travels fast when your specially designed for crash testing..."

This is a great CD.

I think it is more cohesive. The songs just seem to flow out of the speakers. I can listen to this and just drive - one of those type of cd's. Makes me want to cruise - slow and easy.

Another big Jack Johnson fan here! Nothing like listening to "Mud Football" to make me feel fifteen again. The new album does have a great "let's take a drive" feel to it. Seeing as you enjoy cooking Jim, check out his friend G. Loves "Hot Cooking" and "Baby's Got Sauce". Matt Costa is on Jack's label and worth a listen as well.
