Customize Your Profile in 10 Easy Steps!
To Customize your profile with colors, etc.:
1. Click on “My Account” in the upper left corner.
2. Under “Your Control Panel,” click on “Customize Profile.”
3. In each of the boxes—Main, Block Borders, Major Block Headers, Minor Block Headers, Block Footers, Primary Content Areas Secondary Content Areas, and Control—you can change the colors by clicking on the dotted boxes and choosing a color when the menu pops up.
4. If you want to add a background image, you will need to create an album of pictures to choose from. To do that, you will need to:
a. Click on “Pictures and Albums” under “Your Control Panel.”
b. Click on “Add Album”
c. Title the album, write a description, and decide whether you want the album to be public or private.
d. Click “Submit.”
e. On the next page, Click on “Upload Pictures.”
f. Browse your computer for the pictures you want to upload. (Initially, you’ll be able to upload 3, you can add more later.)
g. When you submit, you’ll be given the option to title or caption your picture, then press “save changes.”
h. You’ve created your album, and you can add pictures anytime by opening your album and clicking on “Add Pictures” and following the same procedure.
5. To change the background image on your Profile page, click on your picture album and open a picture you want to use.
6. Copy the entire web address from the location toolbar.
7. Paste the entire address into one of the boxes—Main, Block Borders, Major Block Headers, Minor Block Headers, Block Footers, Primary Content Areas Secondary Content Areas, and Control—that says “Background Image.”
8. Be sure to click “SAVE” for each box you modify.
9. When done, at the bottom of the page, click “Save Changes.”
10. Play around with colors, styles, and pictures until you’re satisfied!
I've been meaning to write this down for several days...thanks to Katzz87 for lighting a fire underneath my increasingly flabby butt!

Hope your butts feeling better now! I know I'm happier now that I have step-by-step instructions! Thank you so much! And I know this will help others out also.
