my DH finally noticed!
I thought I'd share my wow moment of the month...
I was standing in the kitchen, leaning against the counter with my back to the sink talking to my son about his homework and stuff when My dh came home from work. He stoped at the island and said, "hey!". I smile and start talking to him about the day. As I'm talking about... (I can't even remember!) he looks at me. Ya know that look? starting at my face down to the floor and up again. I said, "what? Did I spill something on me?" I look down and see nothing and look back at him. he said, "huh? No." with a grin... "you were checking me out!" He grinned.. with his hands held out wide he brings them in and sais, "I just noticed just how much you've shrunk". I said, "your the 2nd person today to look at me like that". my daughters friend was over to do laundry and he looked at me like that too. To him I said, "hey!, what are you doing?" "don't look at me like that!". He put his head down sheepishly and looked embarrassed. "oh" He said, "sorry" My daughter just slapped him on the arm and said, "she looks good, don't she?" "mom you've lost so much weight, how's it feel?". I was suprised cause she is not one to say nice things.
But my Dh... NOTICED!
