Default Terrific

Great results Jeff and it is good to hear you are enjoying the clothes size changes. Yes, if you are fortunate enough to have someone who can hem or do it at a low cost it'll leave you more $$$ for the big shopping spree when you get down later this Spring. Even when I went out and bought my first new jeans after getting abdominoplasty, I have since dropped another size in jeans and belt so I decided to have Bernardo's Mamma take in the waist and wait until I get back in the States in May and go on the "Big Spree" when I am in Oregon at the Super Mall Outlet Center where they have all my favorites,(Levi, Eddie Bauer,Nike and others). I remember the feeling I had when a big chunk of hair fell into the sink one afternoon, I thought great, for the first time in after puperty life I am growing a goatee and going for more of a bear look, but now I am thinning on top. Geez Louis!!!!
You have made great changes in your life, keep it up and enjoy...

Jeff...congrats DUDE!

So, DUDE, I know during our conversation, we mentioned the shirt thing. I ended up going to Old Navy and buying a couple of shirts...they were button up, on sale, and were about $13.50 each. (They have some online too...) Didn't know if you wanted to try that. The collars button, so I could wear a tie with them (God knows why I would ever want to!). Just thought I'd tell ya!

So happy for you Jeff...whether you're 3 or 4 months out doesn't matter...your weight loss is phenomenal!!!

I too worry about the hair loss, and not to be sexist but it's worse for a woman! And even before surgery I have/had alot of hair loss! In the sink, floors, shower stall...okay...sometimes in the food too (gross I know!)...praying that I don't go B-A-L-D!! Yikes!!!!!!!!!!

I had my surgery oct. 23, 2007 one day after yours... my hair is still in tact... "knock on wood". I assume it will be falling out soon then. So sad! Part of the journey, I know! but it still doesn't help does it? Not, Not, Not looking forward to this part...

Haha! I didn't even notice at first, thought it was an old post then looked at the date it was posted, hehe.

But regardless of time, you have done awesome! Wish I was doing just as good as you and we are the same time frame out.

I can completely understand the hairloss though, it sucks. I have upped my Biotin intake to 1000mcg daily in hopes it will help.

Keep up the awesome job though!
