I have the Walmart knock-off version of the bullet, and no issues with mine. I don't use for my protein shakes....uck...mix by hand!

I haven't heard of anyone having issues with their bullet before!

Well, I did write the manufacturer an email and they replied saying the MB is guaranteed for a year. So, I have a phone number to call and will see about that. They will repair or replace them but I have to pay shipping... hmmm two MB's to the U.S. from here, I may have to look into the generic Walmart brand people are talking about to see if that's less than the shipping costs!

I'll keep you all posted.

Hugs,

Kimberly

I actually bought my Magic Bullet at Wal-Mart! If they have one, buy it... keep your receipt... then pack the broken one in the box and return it...

I don't have a Magic Bullet, but I've seen the infomercials, and frankly, don't see what the big deal is. What can it do for me that my blender can't do?

I have a really nice Kitchen Aid blender that I got for a steal of a price ($29). Kitchen Aid refurbished products are known to be just like new...I've got a refurbished blender and a refubished stand mixer, both bought for less then 1/3 of original cost. Either go to Amazon and search for "Kitchen Aid refurbished" or go to the Kitchen Aid refurbished website at:
http://www.shopkitchenaid.com/produc...END&HDR=outlet

Amazon won't always have something...sometimes you have to keep checking for a couple of weeks, but their prices are lower than the Kitchen Aid website.

The "beauty" of the MB is that the only thing you need to wash is the blade part... Things are mixed right into your drinking cup... Plus it's small and very portable... Mine went everywhere with me for my 2-week pre-op diet...

I bought my Magic Bullet at Kohl's before Christmas. With discounts/coupons it was $37.00. I've just started using it but love it due to the size and ease. I'd go back to the company. If nothing else pick up another one on sale. I've gone through two regular blenders over the past ten years and none of them lasted very long.
