I almost hate to bring this thread back to the top of the list because it is so sad, but I wanted to tell you that I really appreciate all the love and support everyone has offered. You are all amazing people!!!

Unfortunately, there has been a little more bad news about the van driver. It turns out that she was an illegal alien from Guatemala. She was using a stolen I.D., but they have positively identified her now. We had heard that she did not have a driver's license, but now they released that the van was stolen and the license plates on the van were stolen from another van.

I still feel bad for her; having to live with what she did, but there is a pretty horrendous string of bad choices leading up to this tragedy

On the positive side...Support has come in from all over the world. I just heard that a bus driver from Japan called the school superintendent and told him that they were praying for all the families. I think that is inspiring.

Thanks again everyone!

I am sick to my stomach right now. It's the first time I've read this....

I'm pretty much speechless. I am so so sorry for the parents. I just ran in and gathered Ashton into my arms. I didn't care that he was sleeping.

This has really shaken me. I wish there was something I could actually do

Sending love and energy out to you and the families.
