Well, the rest of the story is coming out. They released the names earlier today. Turns out that I work with the father of one of the kids, and the mother of two kids that died.

The brother of a third grade girl who was killed heard his brother crying and crawled over other kids to find him and get him out. He tried to find his sister, but could not find her.

Sadly, the 23 year old woman driving the van that hit the bus was apparently driving extremely fast and ran a stop sign. She did not have a driver's license. She is still hospitalized.

The mother of one of the kids who was killed has asked everyone to hug their kids tonight (and every night) so that's how you all can help. Get to huggin' people!

My prayer go out to all affected by this accident. One of my bestfriend pastaway two weeks ago and can't imagine what it would feel like to lose a child..My heart really goes out to your community and familys affected.

Mike, I just found this post and try not to watch to much news except for the weather for this reason. I am so sorry to hear about this horrible accident and for the loss to all the families and friends of those families. It will take alot of time and alot of love to try and heal your community. My heart aches so bad. As most of you know, I do daycare and it would just kill me to lose one of own kids or one of my daycare kids this way. It is hard enough just when they grow up or move away. I am saying lots of prayers for the remaining children to be well and for everyone else sending prayers and lots of hugs.

I just saw this and am horrified. My heart just goes out to the families of the children who died - makes me so sad. Van lady will also be in my prayers...I don't know how I could live with the knowledge that i caused that...

I am hugging each of my three extra tight today!! I can't even begin to imagine what those parents are going through. That is my worst nightmare... My heart goes out to everyone there Mike...Our Prayers are with you all.
