Hi Katie,
You can include information about yourself in your signature. For most of us, the info in our signature is pretty self explanatory, as far as pre-op wt/current wt/goal...is that what you're asking? It's a way to let people know about you without writing it out everytime...lol...I think if you go to your user cp, you can create a signature of you own! WElcome!

Gym rats are folks who work out...there's a thread about it...John will give you a number if you want...Onderland is when you go frm the 200s to the 100s...and Century is when you've lost 100 pounds! The bears have their own thread too...

Gwen started a club because all of us men on the forum are so amazing and handsome. We are the bears, and all the "ladies" are the bear lovers, and they have taken their "Bear" name.

Gwennie Babe - please send her the link - I can never find it! Sorry about my ineptitude!

Wait, I found it.

Gonna be a Bear!!! In honour of the TT Bears!!!

Onederland is when you get to a weight that starts with one - 199 pounds.

Don't forget DUCKSACKS!

LOL!

The BEAR stuff started after the admiration of a few using "Bear" in their screen name here... Big Bear Jeff and OsoDelDesierto (Desert Bear --- almost typed Dessert Bear... LOL)... Gwen got the idea of us adopting the Bear persona, and we all grabbed onto Bear names. Want one?

Onderland is when you reach 199... leaving "Twoterville" (200's) behind... (some of us actually spent time in THREEopolis as well)...

Gym Rats are those dedicated to exercise and work-outs...

and DUCKSACKS are polar fleece "bags" with arm, neck and leg holes... keeping the thinner (no fat insulation) people warm!

Do you know about T-T, the Traveling Sock Monkey?

Use SEARCH to read up on any of the above mentioned...

Hey Katie, is T-T a boy or a girl. When I take him or her to the College World Series, it will matter when I have to take a potty break?
