Mucinex, Mucinex, Mucinex.

It's not pretty and the pill itself stinks, but it breaks that crap up so you can cough it up. Fluids and Mucinex, and the movies "Anger Management" and "Talladega Nights." That should help you get that crap out of your lungs!

Sorry, buddy...hope it passes quickly!

I am sorry you are sick. I've been off work all week with it. It sucks!! I've been on the zpak since Tues, and am starting the 2nd zpak tomorrow! They want me to do 2 back to back!!! Mama is sick of being sick!!! I hope you feel better soon!!! I'm going to lunch at In and Out Burger w/the family, and then off to see National Treasure 2..time for an outing....I've been locked up too long!!! The only places I've been in 5 days is Urgent Care, Walmart, and Starbucks drive thru...it's a sad situation!! If the movies Mike suggested don't help you....try a Roseanne marathon....or the Soap network!

Default Count me in with the sickies

I've got something too. I don't think it's the flu... just some virus. Headache, chills, fever, coughing, sore throat, and I lost my voice for a while. I'm sure most would say that last one was a blessing.

I have not been sick in years, so I guess I was due. Sorry to hear that others are sick too. Hang in there everyone!

Must be the season. I very seldom get sick. I got a sinus infection and a kidney infection again(had one while in hospital). Lots of blood work again and will see my surgeon on Wed. I feel better whatever was in that shot worked and of course on more antibodies. Ya'll take care hope everybody gets better quick.

Thank you all my special TT friends. Feeling much better today. As this was my first "Flu" since WLS - I tried to spend some time analyzing what was happening to me. Pre WLS I would get the flu at least 1 time a year - even with the flu shot. 24-48 hours, temps, body aches, nausea, the big "D", etc, all the classic symptoms. No mater what I did - I got it.

I have been wondering what would happen this time. Now that my stomach no longer was attached to my vomit blowing apparatus (Mouth). I still had the temps, the body aches, but no nausea, and no diamaria. Yeah, I know I spelled that wrong.

Has anybody else seen anything like this?

Hope ya had a great weekend.
