Default This too shall pass

I did this too.

Olive Garden commercials were the ones that set off my water works.
I just stopped t.v. cold turkey for awhile.
I read, I jumped on here and wrote it all out, I walked.

You will get through this!

It gets a lot better when you can start eating semi-solid, and then solid food. You get full so fast that the cravings for food really go away. Hang in there!!! It definitely gets better!!!

Healthy Choice Sugar Free Chocolate Popsicles...they were almost as good as kicking someone when you feel violently unhappy.

Take care, hon, things will gradually get better.

Oh thank God, I thought I was hallucinating...lol

Yes, it gets better with time as you start to eat foods that provide some comfort and a fuller belly.
