Tears are rolling down my eyes. Dave, I can feel your heart and soul. I am so there, the spirit on your shoulder (I had to move around a lot on your shoulder because it is quite crowded with lots of us there), rooting you on, praying that the surgeon's hands are merciful and skillful, that you come out of it all even MORE positive than you are now.

You are a shining example of what being a "lucky man" is all about Your luck is brought on by YOU, your attitude, the way you live your life.

May G-d hold you close now and forever.....
