Exclamation Is eating too many eggs bad

I have a question. Every morning I eat 3 boiled eggs (minus the yolk, I just eat the white part) and 1 lowfat cheese stick to get ahead on my protein. Does anyone know if eating too many eggs is bad or not? I know the yellow part usually has a lot of colesterol so I try to avoid that. Well actually I always avoid it b/c I hate the taste of it.

The damaging part of an egg is the yolk. The white part (albumen) has no fat nor cholesterol, is low in calories and is the part of the egg that is loaded with protein. I'm no medical expert but I don't see that you are doing yourself any harm whatsoever.

The standard line in my support group is that if you feel fine and are not feeling sick or anything then 3 eggs and some cheese is totally fine. You're getting your protein in great and not over eating or vomiting so no problem there. Heck I wish I could start my day off with close to 30g of protein done and over with.

Yeah Vanessa, for some reason i don't have any problems w/ them. And I'm glad b/c I have all kinds of problems w/ protein suppliments so I have to eat as much protein as i can in solid foods. Isn't it funny how we are all so different with what we can eat and can't eat. ??

I wish I could eat that many eggs!!! I ate one boiled egg this morning..and it was all I could do to finish it. A few bites of scrambled egg, and my tummy says enough. So if you can eat em?? GO FOR IT.
