Default Goodbye Liquid Stage!!!!!

I HATE YOU JELLO
14 days out just had my first check-up. i lost 34lbs. in 14 days- wow
Now i am going shopping for my soft stage items and I am very excited.
Any quick suggestions on some yummy stuff- my nutritionist sucks at
being creative- maybe I need a new one. So i am just going by the guide she gave me which has about 12 items on it.
So I'm off to the store WEEEEEEE!

I'm on still on full liquids for the next 2 weeks. Funny how all our programs are different.

Sorry I don't have any tips for you.

I just started on the soft stage on Friday. It's so nice to be able to chew now. I can say my favorite is still from the liquid stage but now I don't add water to it to make it consist of a liquid and I add melted cheddar cheese to the top. That would be chili. It's so warm and comforting going down.
Some others I have enjoyed: refried beans with melted cheddar cheese on top, scrambled eggs, town house crackers with low sugar peanut butter, english muffin with grape jam, grilled cheese.

Soft stage....lets see low fat cottage cheese with some no sugar added canned peaches/pears. Ricotta with a little pasta sauce on it. Refried beans with some melted cheese on it....that was my heaven!!!! Still love to eat it! GL finding stuff...you might want to check the recipe forum and see if you find anything.

I ate fat cottage cheese. I couldnt have any fruit with it. I tried but the fruit felt like a rock inside me. Basicaly lived on it. Everything that i tried would sit wrong with me.
