Thank you everyone for the responses. These are great!

Also if you have any other suggestions non-gastric bypass/Lap-Band, please feel free to post those also! E.g. general weight loss, psychology issues with weight loss, staying healthy, etc.

I like the medication Idea that someone else mentioned. Also pain what non concerned pain or "normal Pain" What isn't.

John I absolutely agree with the psycological issues for post-op gbs. I was prepared for melt-downs & 2+ weeks out of surgery am not able to deal with them.

As for non-surgery folks could you do exercise tips that work for everyone and just general healty lifestyle tips that apply for both surgical & non-surgical lifestyles. This one is hard for me.

How about a recipe corner for different stages post op...I know Beth (MiladyB) has an arsenal of those that she has posted on the forum...I wish she's write a book
