hard time ( comfort eatng )
I'm having a hard time at the moment , feeling sorry for myself my sis is having to terminate her pregnancy due to Alex (baby) having health problems Friday is the big day i thought i was doing ok but today has been really hard , its the best thing for my sis as she would find it hard to bring Alex up with having two young ones already ( i cannot have children on my own i need help ) so i have a lot of emotions going on in my head at the moment and the old habit of turning to food is rearing its ugly head
