Default Work Sucks!

Okay, I usually love work but I work for an Executive board that changes every year or two. Yes, interesting but also a challenge. Lately, it's more of a challenge. One person on the board has decided to do things completely differently and exclude me from an essential part of my job. Even produced a report and when I went to get a copy he said 'that's for elected officials only'. Can't even say on here what I think of him and that comment!!!

Can anyone say 'violation of employment standards'? Honestly, I wonder sometimes since my job is actually to defend the rights of others in the workplace and my employer should know so much better but...... no, when it comes to their own employees they can be the worst offenders... ugh!!!

If anyone knows of any HR jobs out there involving negotiations, let me know, that's my specialty. Otherwise, I'm hoping tomorrow just looks a lot better... it usually does in the morning.

How frustrating! Bosses sometimes completely ruin otherwise perfectly good jobs. So sorry. I have no idea about any HR jobs, but since the Board changes every year, could you possibly stick it out? Wait for the bozo to be gone?

Whatever you decide, GOOD LUCK!
