Gina,
So Glad they your husband was so quick to respond. I can't say I know of anyone that has died in an accident that was wearing there seatbelt. This reminds me of the advice I had recieved from my husband's aunt after we got married, "Always, Kiss him goodbye... You never know if it's the last kiss you'll recieve". We should all take a look at our buisy lives and remember the small things, Saying I love you, Kissing goodbye, a hug, a smile, an incouraging word, ect... Your husband and son were given a gift... It's precious!
Janine

Life is so short, no matter how long you have lived.
Love deeply, hug often, and let the people around you know you care.

Amazing
Hello Gina
I am so pleased your family are safe. It is a huge worry when my sons go out in their cars I always make sure I give them a kiss.
Life will always throw us off course it is only our trust in the lord that allows us to have the strength to cope
My thoughts are with your family and thank god they are well
take care Dianne

I'm so grateful that your family survived this accident. You just never know when something will happen. We must live each day to the fullest and let our loved ones know everyday that we love them. Cars can be replaced, loved ones can't.
On Aug.26,1997 my daughter, her boyfriend, 4 yr old son, and boyfriends uncle were on their way to go fishing at a lake in Mt. Baker, Wa. area, when a freak windstorm came up, causing a huge fir tree from Mt.Baker National forest to fall onto the truck they were in, crushing them all to death. I always told them I loved them as they left our house. You just never know if it may be your last goodbye.
My heart goes out to you and yours and to the others in the other car.
Take care,
Kathy

What an eye opener. I am so glad they were able to walk away from the accident and I hope he isn't too sore today. You are so right about appreciating things. Give them a hug for me too.
