Can't speak for this weekend, but next weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving and I'll be spending it with friends and family.

We're going to be busy getting ready to go to Minneapolis to see my son for his birthday next week! It's been 3+/- years since we've gone there, and we're really excited to be there for his birthday.

to work on my flowerbeds and get them ready for some fall/spring plantings. It's been awhile since I've been able to bend down without the fear of falling over...or not being able to get up once I'm sitting on the ground.

The fact that I'm staying home really isn't new for me. I amaze my co-workers when I tell them that the last time I put gas in my car was 8/11. Yeah, 46 days ago! I have a VW New Beetle that goes forever on a tank of gas.

(it's 6 years old....40,000 miles on it)

Anyway, I love staying home, especially after working all week.

Entertaining my boyfriends parents who are coming into town Friday and staying until Sunday for my Boyfriends birthday (so shopping and going out to dinner each night with them his mom loves to shop my kinda woman...hehehe) and Sunday going to breakfast with my mama and his parents for his b-day then (more shopping) and then after his parents leave Sunday afternoon we are going to the Charger game and then after that we are meeting up with his best friends at Pachanga for dinner and some gambeling fun. Then it is his actual birthday on Monday so that evening we will probably go out to a romantic dinner (of course it will be romantic cause I am planning it! and then home for dessert....

)
