Well I am just 20 lbs away from my goal, and really don't know if I want to go down in weight that much, I am pretty happy at 140 lbs...I am in a size 6 and don't think I want to wear a smaller size, I think I will look to skinny.....How do I keep the weight I have

I'm sure the pros here will pipe in any minute... but do you have regular follow-up appointments with your surgeon or nutritionist? That's a good place to start...
