Beth's having her day!!
Last night was an emotional night for Beth. After getting home from our doctors support group meeting she was welcomed with a message from her surgeons office. The mammogram films were not clear so they would need to see more images. Well, I got a call from her husband Geoff at 9:18am this morning, Beth entered into surgery at 8:30am as scheduled!! As I look at the clock, I estimate she is about 1/3 of the way to being the 'new & improved' Beth. I don't expect to hear from Geoff til she is out of recovery and back in her room. So I'm thinking around 7-ish tonight I'll be able to update her progress. Please keep her in your thoughts today.

Judy,
Thanks for the update. I have been thinking of Beth since I woke up this morning. I hope all goes well and that she has a trouble free recovery! Please don't make her laugh too much when you go to visit her!

Lynda, I promise not to put Beth into any more pain than the docors have already, she knows I get a queezie stomach looking at inssions and has threatened to 'flash' me if I cause her too much pain.

Judy, thank you for the update. I'm keeping Beth (and Geoff) in my prayers and am glad she'll have you to entertain her during her recovery, even if she does end up "flashing" you!

Thanks for the update Judy! Tell Beth we love her and we are here waiting for her to get home when you talk to her! I can't wait to hear she is out of surgery.
