I felt bad for the birds. THey fish and fish.. and don't get to eat any of it! Also, they tied a rope around their neck. I didn't like it.
I didn't see the piece on Courtney but yeah, she is not going to be worth anything on there soon. SHe won't be able to do the challenges.

Of course you would sympathize with the "DUCKS!" LOL! I'm sure they untied their necks and let them eat once they're done fishing... I thought it was pretty ingenious!

I still wish they'd give those people some clothes... I've never seen them have to "blur" out so many body parts before!

Yah... like these idiots have never watched the show before.. did they really think they could take their suitcases? If I were going to play on survivor (and wouldnt I be everyones best friend since I didnt want all their food?).. anyway, If I were going on, I would wear a bathing suit (1 piece thank you), 5 pairs of underwear, 4 pairs of shorts, 3 bras, 2 pair of long pants, 3 pairs of socks, a couple short sleeve shirts, and a sweatshirt.

As far as her wlaking out. I'm sorry but some "religions" would frown upon her going through the ceremony and some churches as cruel as it sounds may even Kick her out. As far as walking out yes it was direspectful all she had to do was mention it to Jeff and he may of let her stay out of the ceremony. This is just and opinion so please don't come back and sass me.

Ok, even though I am not "religious", I will state a defense for her......I think it was presented as a non-religious ceremony beforehand. But honestly, to me, it had very much of a spiritual and religious feel. I respect that she has the guts to stand by her own beliefs and morals, rather than "do anything" for the million dollars.

TODD???!!!! I was hoping for Amanda... but anyway --- here is something I found on the web... I hated the way she played herself to be such an abused employee:

Denise Martin became a blue-collar folk hero on the television program "Survivor: China," selling herself as a hardworking lunch lady from Douglas who earned $7 an hour serving mystery meat in an elementary school cafeteria.

more stories like thisDuring the live broadcast of the show's finale Sunday, Martin's hard-luck story got a little harder: She described being demoted because she had become too popular at Douglas Intermediate Elementary School.

"They didn't give me my job back," said Martin, 40, who finished fourth in the reality show and missed the $1 million grand prize. "I'm a janitor now. I clean toilets. I wash the floors in the bathroom. I vacuum the kids' rugs."

The producer surprised Martin with $50,000 to help "get her life back," but her story is not sitting well in Douglas.

"None of that is true," said schools Superintendent Nancy T. Lane, who, like many in the rural town 50 miles southwest of Boston, had been faithfully watching the show. "It made me sit up on the couch . . . flabbergasted."

Lane said Martin was hired as a cafeteria worker at $7.37 an hour in 2004, but was promoted on March 30 this year to janitor, a job that now pays her more than $17 an hour. The promotion to janitor, Lane said, came before Martin even tried out for "Survivor."

Martin could not be reached yesterday for comment. Lane said Martin apologized yesterday by phone from Hollywood.

Since the finale aired on CBS, the computer server at the Douglas Public Schools office has crashed under thousands of "vitriolic" e-mails from as far away as South Korea.

Lane spent much of her day on the phone with a lawyer for CBS, but was given little solace.

"They did explain to me today that reality doesn't necessarily mean factual," she said.
