Oh wow, thank you ALL for the good wishes! You've all touched me. Well I'm all marked up and ready to go. It looks like the surgery has been delayed until 8:30, oh well...just so it gets going on time. I have to be at the hospital at 6:30.
I was happy to find out it looks as if I will end up on the Bariatric floor. I just feel better being on a floor with nurses who understand the bariatric patient.
Well I'm heading to bed early tonight. I haven't slept well for the last 2 nights. I hope tonight is a different story. I'm exhausted.
Thanks again, everyone. Luna Lurker (Judy) will be posting an update tomorrow after my husband gives her a call. It probably won't be until about 7pm est since it is a 6 hour surgery.

Well everyone I just found a message from my plastic surgeon's office. Let's just say it wasn't very good news and I'm rather upset right now. I had a mammogram last week and apparently the report says it was "inconclusive" and that it is recommended that I get further imaging with possible ultrasound. I'm still going into the hospital in the morning but will need to talk to Dr Ford and probably get some additional films before he will do anything.
This is a bad nightmare from a year ago. I had the same report on the other breast and ended up with an ultrasound and breast biopsy.
Just not sure what to make of this......I need some prayers, people.

Thanks Michelle....I'm going to try to get some sleep and say a lot of prayers that surgery will still happen tomorrow. Hopefully it was just a bad film and their is nothing there.

Thinking about you...
Just had mine last week, and they called me back in to retake my films on the breast where the lump was removed nine years ago. I understand the fear. Have faith dear... no machine is perfect.

I know Lisa. I went through this a year ago too. I just don't want this surgery delayed. I was so ready for it, yea know? This whole thing just sucks a big one and of course I can't sleep.
