It is usually HOT through October here in Temecula, CA....but here is the forecast. HELLLLLLLLLL00000...a tornado or two???? This is earthquake country, not tornado!!! I am cold just looking out the window!

Cool and cloudy weather is expected in the Temecula Valley and the region today, as an early season Pacific storm enters the area. The main impact of the storm should be Friday through Saturday morning, when showers are likely. Rain showers could be mixed with thunderstorms, and about a half of an inch of rainfall is currently predicted. The cold unstable air may lead to a tornado or two later Friday; hail is possible, especially in the mountains; and locally heavy rain may lead to some flooding. Snow levels in the local mountains should get as low as 6,000 feet Friday night. Clearer and warmer weather is expected early next week.

What's amazing to me is ... I'm actually COLD! I forgot what being cold was like with 80 lbs. of insulation on me! I actually wore a jacket to work today! A jacket - haven't needed one of those for such a long time - my wife insisted she get me one a few weeks ago, glad she's the thinker of the family!

I still don't own a jacket... I guess I will have to get one this year. Last year I wore Jen's hand me down 2x jacket to my hubbies football games, but that stopped fitting long ago.

I live in Kansas and I'm MORE then happy to share the tornados. I think that if anything is showing that global warming is happening its stuff like tornado warnings in Cali!

Can't it wait until we are all home safe and snuggled in bed? I HATE being cold. I agree with you Cindy it's supposed to be warm/HOT till October. What's up with the weather. Give me an earthquake any day over a tornado. I mean really where are you supposed to go in your house if it hits?

I grew up in Michigan...and sometimes I hate how hot it gets here. I love being cold...because I love sweaters!! So if it gets cold, and if I'm going to be cold just from losing the weight, I say bring it on. I'll go shopping!
