velveta cheese in the big box usually has a mac & cheese recipe on it and it's very good! Only thing is it's melted cheese LOL... Not sure if that helps at all. Good luck with everything don't worry too much I am sure it will all go great!

Thanks! He doesn't mind that kind of melted cheese... if it is in a burrito or certain casseroles I make then he throws a fit. Strange child!
