I've been watching this show since it started. I love it & I love Bob. He's such a great motivator & such a sweetie.

For those who wonder why they can't do what these guys do...you could if you were isolated on a ranch for 3 months with nothing to do but work out & those trainers to push you. It's not realistic & you shouldn't ask yourself that unless you have the same amount of time & focus they do. Don't beat yourself up over stuff like that.

Did anyone watch last night. I am so angry that they could have let Neil stay after the stunt he pulled.

They were put into trios. Neil from the blue team made a pack with the rest of the blue team so what he did was water overload. He gained 17 pounds for the weigh in. So that trio was up for elimination and the other groups got to make one vote per team. Neil stayed and I can't remember the guys name that was voted off sorry but the wrong person was let go if you ask me.

A Larger person carrying more weight burns more calories than a lighter person doing the same task simply because the larger person's muscles have to move more weight around to accomplish the same task.

When my friends (They are easily half my size or less) and I for example go walking, their muscles are moving a light feathery body of 185lbs while mine are moving 428lbs of mostly dead weight. It’s as if one of them was carrying the other and an overweight travel Suitcase (no wheels) doing a balancing act with all that jiggles down the road!!...only my muscles are the ones doing that. So, I think it’s only fare that I burn more calories

Yea, he admitted that what he had done. I think it is not healthy, and he should have been voted off, or even disqualified.

Too much water can kill you; and I think he said he downed 2 gals. right before weigh-in...remember that lady who died from drinking too much water to try and win tickets from a radio station....I kept thinking of that....

So if I want to burn more calories on my work out, I increase the workout load? man I really feel stupid... but ok, so lets say I walk 4 miles a day on the treadmill... to pump up the calories I burn, I should increase the resistance of the work out from lets say.... I walk 4 miles in an hour at a resistance of 2 or 3, I should up my resistance and spead up the pace???? Oh I am so retarded at times lol

Lisa your new avatar!! You look awesome!!

It's a game & he admitted that he & some other guys planned it & he did it on purpose. If everyone was as outraged as they acted he'd be gone so obviously they are playing the game as well.
