Default Finally back

Well after weeks of dealing with gallstones I finally got my gallbladder removed in June. Since then I have had about 5 kidney stones!!! Its been hell. Four trips to the ER. Im doing everything I can on my own but am seeing a urologist this Friday to find out what he will say. Only reason im seeing him is because a stone has been stuck in my kidney for two weeks and im still have horendous attacks in left flank. Missed everyone here! Ill be on much more now. I am a full time student. I got a grant from the government to pay for classes and books and the Military will be sending me 1200 a month for my living expenses. (We do need to take food stamps in, which I feel bad about). Were both in school though and our familys are very excited.

My wife is finishing up her RN degree thing and im working on my biology degree. Besides the stones things have been going well. Again I missed everyone here and hope to catch back up with whats been going on. I plan on posting newer pictures soon now that im at a whopping 148 pounds. Im actually trying to gain weight, which is hard!

Sorry to hear about the stones everywhere... hope you're feeling better!

Don't feel bad about using food stamps. You're using them for the "right" reason. Both you and your wife are working very hard to better yourselves and your situation. You've paid your taxes and served your country. You have nothing to be ashamed about.

Thank God that my taxes are staying here in my own country, I am so tired of hearing of Saudi Araba (sp) or some other rich country getting my money. It's going to a USA citizen, YES is all I can say.

Don't feel bad about food stamps. They're supposed to help people get on their feet & that's what y'all are doing.
Glad you're feeling better & welcome back.
