I'm normal!!!
Ok, I haven't been around much recently - wrapped up my life I guess - kids off to college, hectic work time, the usual stuff I suppose. But, today, 10+ months post op, I've reached my main goal - to have a normal BMI!!! I'm no longer "overweight" no matter what the category! I don't think I've been this weight since - middle school maybe!!! I've moved my ultimate goal a touch lower as I can see my own areas that can lose a few more pounds. But very excited to see that BMI slip the last notch! Wow!
