Hey Reem,

I hope you have gotten some help with your decision! It's a big decision to make so take your time and don't feel rushed. I opted for the RYN as well for the same reasons as Omega. I wanted to know what I did had the best chances to work as long as I follow my directions and don't try to cheat the system I know I can do anything. I just can't wait to get to my new life. I had my surgery August 28th and will be 3 weeks post op on Tuesday. To me the worst part was really just getting up and moving around at the hospital. Once I was home I was pretty good of course still a bit sore but I could get in and out of our waterbed so it couldn't have been too bad right LOL... Still remember each person is different and we all have different experiences. I have seen some people do really well with lapband as well as bypass. It's truely personal preference, remember Lapband is a forever thing to keep your weight off and you will have to get adjustments yearly past the first year. With Bypass as long as you follow the rules you just make your yearly Dr visits once a year after the first year. I wish you luck and let us know what you choose! If you need anything just yell! This is my first day on here but I have been finding my way around pretty nicely LOL... I am excited to try out some of those reciepes you guys have on here!

Melody
