Lipomas...

Does anyone know anything about Lipomas? (Fatty cysts) I've got several and am worried about whether or not they'll decrease in size as I lose weight after the surgery. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I have them on my legs and I have not noticed any change in them yet, they are under the skin and apart from one not noticable unless you feel for them.
