4) If you do not have the collision deductible waiver you pay the $500 deductible (or what ever it was) and get the vehicle fixed. Worst case scenario you are out your deductible.
5) If you didn't have collision coverage you are probably in breach of contract for the loan and will probably have to eat the amount of the loan.
6) You have the option to sue the other driver in court for damages.
