Not sure what, but will have to be something I can pick up at the grocery store on my way. Since my daughter has moved out of SD, I'll be staying at a hotel, so won't be able to make anything from scratch. Can't wait to see everybody,

If you decide to make the satay, would you still bring your recipe for the sweet sticky rice with mangoes? I LOVE that stuff, and don't know how to make it. I am a mango addict!

Ok I re-tried the satay recipe and sticky sweet rice this weekend and it went well, so it will be there. Maybe not be hot off the grill but I will try and bring a chaffing dish and warmers :-)
