Donna, Yeppers it has raisins, sunflower seeds, broccoli, bacon, green onions, shredded zuchini and cheddar cheese. Yummy. I make the low fat version.

I'm bringing Shoyu Chicken: boneless, skinless chicken thighs marinated in Aloha Shoyu Sauce (Hawaiian Soy Sauce), garlic, ginger and scallions then grilled. A little high on the sodium, but great tasting and easy protein to eat!

Rain--excellent choice! No $$ spent, it's fun, and much more low key. 1:00 on Sunday, right?

Pammy--OMG I love that salad. If you remember, will you either bring the recipe or email it to me? Michelle doesn't like broccoli (it's green, you know), but I love it enough to make it just for me.

Rene--that sounds pretty darn yummy also!

Will folks be attired primarily in their bathing suits, or will it be more of a kids get the pool, adults get the adult beverages and hang around? Gotta get my outfit planned!

OMG! They sound great. Can you make both???

I still don't know what I'll be taking. Since I'm driving in from the Imperial Valley, I may just stop at Trader Joe's and pick up an assortment of dips and whatnot.

Default I don't know yet

My menu is really small right now so not sure what to bring and what everyone can eat. How about deviled eggs. And again what day and time, oh and address. I can't wait to meet everyone.
