Default I hate housework

I get a day off from work and what do I spend all day doing..HOUSEWORK..I swear my clothes jump out of my closet at night and into the laundry basket...I don't know when the last time a day went by that I did not have to do at least a few loads of laundry...I work a full time job and then get a extra day off only to clean all day..Am I the only one in this family to see things need to be done??Ok ..so Im a neat freak...but how do you ignore the rolling fur ball the size of tumbleweed??Are there any other cleaning Diva's out there??

Both my husband and I work and it seems like laundry never gets done. The other day I accused him of hiding my panties because I could not find any of them. I finally went and bought some (they were too big btw) and then I found them. In the bottom of the hamper with the clean sheets in them. I wish I could afford a maid to come clean for me so I could rest on the weekends.

You know, out of all household chores, laundry is the one I like. I hate dusting and picking up clutter. Especially clutter.....because if I knew where it went, it wouldn't be clutter in the first place!

Talking Am I weird? I actually love it....

Call me weird I actually like housework makes me feel useful...lol...ofcourse the boyfriend is just as anal about housework as I am so I am lucky there we pretty much pick up during the week and make either saturday or Sunday each week cleaning day he is an only child and his Mama raised him well so we work really well together I feel so accomplished when our house is nice and clean I did all the laundry last night hung everything up and folded and picked up our room and vaccumed and he mowed the back yard lawn and washed out the garage floor and since he has every Friday off he was doing our weekly hardwood floor cleaning and waxing of the house and mopping the tile kitchen & bathrooms gotta LOVE a man who cooks and cleans!!!!!!

DH & I agreed that if I work, then I get a weekly cleaning service. That makes Friday my very favorite day of the week, because when I come home the fresh scent of clean hits you the moment you walk in the door.
I still do my laundry and DH's, but it is up to each kid to get theirs done so it isn't too bad.
I've even been known to sleep on top of the made bed to make the clean feeling last just a bit longer. I imagine I am in a hotel suite.

Ohhhhh, how I hate housework!!! I don't mind laundry, but the rest of it? Nahhhh!!!! I do it because I have to have a clean house, and I get my dh to help me (and he does). But I'm always so happy when it's done (at least to my reasonable satisfaction.

You girls WORK and do it, and I did that too for many many many years. But even now, in my so-called retirement, I STILL hate it!!!!
