Friday the 13th. - It Works!
It was my own fault! I didn't lock my car, and was broken into last night.
They took everything, including the car registration, CD's, my cane, satellite radio, garage and gate opener, and my wifes favorite Calvin Kline sunglasses. I'm just thankful they didn't do anything to the car itself!
The one unforgivable thing they did was take my Spamalot CD!
Oh well, Bless them, and hope they can use the stuff they got constructively.
What's happened has happened, so the rest of the day will be fantastic!

Ouch Pat! I'm concerned that they got your garage and gate opener. Is there a possible security risk there?
Oh and don't worry, you're not the only one who is having Friday the 13th luck. I got something from my lawyer this morning....and that's all I'm going to say on that subject.

Pat so sorry about the theft. About 3 months ago I went out to find my car on the ground and all the wheels taken. (had 4000 rims on the car) and didn't know when I bought the car they had not put lock on the wheels. For me they found a palm print on the car and after two months found the guy who stole my rims. I was able to press charges. I hope that you have the same luck. Janie

I hope your lawyer's delivery is not too bad!
I'm taking half the day off to get new remotes and change the code on the garage opener. Our neighborhood is gated, but you know how that goes, it only keeps the honest people out.
I admint, I do feel a little violated - I consider my car an extension of my home.

Pat - sorry to hear your car got broken into. That happened to me several years ago when we lived in Ontario. You seem to have a great attitude about it. I hope the rest of your day goes better!

Wow Pat that really sucks! I would be so pissed off if that happened to me.
I've had good luck today so far, but odds are on my side. I was born on Friday the 13th and today is my birthday. Hopefully the day will be a good one
