what are you addicted to...
I don't know if anyone has already discussed this in the forum before but I was watching the new show on TLC called Big Medicine and I was listening to Big D and Little D talk about addictions.... After WLS since we can no longer gorge food we become addicted to other things... So what's your addiction? Mine right now is Shopping and Exercising! I can't get enough. By this time next year I may be checking myself into Shop - aholic Anonymous. And I got so inspirered to go to the gym everyday that I now have a group of girls going with me from my job.

Same as you, exercising, shopping and treating myself to facials, massages, manicures & pedicures! =)

I like the spa treatments... I might have to steal that one. I have been wanting to get a great massage for the longest time. But it's a little pricey. Well I'll just have to save up for a few months to get all of that done.

I'm with Van. It's Starbucks for me, no contest. That stuff is like crack! Unfortunately, it's expensive so I'm going to need to find a new vice. Boo hoo.

Yes - DD French vanilla, large, 4 splenda (that could be a separate addiction) with cream. Yea - I do cream. I figure I deserve 40 calories a day. Decaf usually, but full octane if I'm driving far or doing upper body workouts, which leads me to my true addiction.
I love the gym on a level that is verging on pathological. I also love my bike. I love feeling my muscles work hard and getting stronger. This is pretty serious because it is so physical - endorphins man - yummy. Don't know what I'll do in 30 years! The good thing is, it doesn't cost a lot of money and it really is healthy. Could be worse!
