I am so with you............
Raindrop - I couldn't agree more. My daughter, who is in college, has enough clothes to last a month. My goal, post-surgery, is to have more cute clothes than her. lol

dt,
If your daughter has THAT many clothes, you'll be able to "borrow" some of the cute stuff...for a month still she comes back the next time for laundry!

I love the gym on a level that is verging on pathological. I also love my bike. I love feeling my muscles work hard and getting stronger. This is pretty serious because it is so physical - endorphins man - yummy. Don't know what I'll do in 30 years! The good thing is, it doesn't cost a lot of money and it really is healthy. Could be worse!

Gina.. I'm worse... I use FIVE splendas, with cream. I agree. That's my one splurge, real cream!

I don't have cable, so I don't watch the Food Network, (though it is always on in the gym - kind of strange, really) but I did marry a gourmet chef. I think that may be worse. The man can cook, let me tell you. And the food is good too.

Well I'm crawling out of my "lurking" rock to contribute to this thread. My newest addiction is Starbucks. I'm ashamed to say so too since I used to make fun of the preps that used to hang at the 'Bucks and now I'm practically one of them. I go to starbucks every day before class and get a:
Raspberry Mocha Frappuccino Light or
Mocha Frappuccino Light or
Caramel Frappuccino Light or
Dulce de Leche Frappuccino Light or
Vanilla Bean Creme Light or
Double Chocolate Chip Creme Light
Lol, I like variety. I also vary between tall and grande or whip and no whip depending on how my day is going.

Wouldn't it be great if the Food Network Channel had a cook who specialized in food for us staplers through all our food phases? Can you imagine Paula Deen giving up her sacred butter? (love her anyway)
I remember watching "The Galloping Gourmet" and Julia Child. Later, it was "Yan Can Cook". I probably paid more attention to their humor than the actual cooking. Now it's Paula Deen, and Alton Brown of Good Eats.
Hmmm, I'd have Paula Deen as my sister and Alton Brown as my brother.

OMG! How did I manage to forget Alton Brown? I LOVE Alton Brown. I think he's an alpha male. Don't ask me how I came to this conclusion, just take my word for it. I LUUUURRVE alpha males.
