Night shift
Hi there, I have worked nights (12hr shifts) for going on 13 years. I try really hard to eat like it is day time,ie. breakfast@7:00 lunch@midnight ect. The first night is the hardest because I wake up at the "normal" time and spend the day as if it were a "normal" day. I end up eating around the clock that first night. I work 4 on 4 off and rotate day shift/night shift so it ends up nights every 12 days. Don't know if this helps you at all but just know you aren't alone. T
