Default Vacation - wa-hoo!

Leaving for vacation in the morning. Will be spending a week on the shores of Lake Michigan. Best part is I'll be meeting MiladyB and Luna Lurker! I'll be sure and take pics to post.

I plan to lounge, swim and enjoy life in the slow lane for a week!

Have a great week all and catch you when I return 7/9.

Default Can I ask...

where at are you going? Hope you have fun. If you're coming to Michigan bring a wide variety of clothing. It's been near 100 and then down to frost freeze warning the other night. Such a strange summer! Enjoy yourself!

Thanks everyone for all the great wishes for my vacation! I had the BEST time with Beth and Judy. And I have LMAO over some of those pics! My first alcohol since GBS! And it was just wine samples - cheap date...haha. First 3 days were just hubby, one grandson and myself. Now my daughters, their husbands and other grandchild have arrived, so I've been very busy. I've got a few minutes before dinner on the grill is ready - so - we are staying in Douglas/Saugatuck. Weather has been very nice. The only rain was last night, overcast this morning, then gorgeous beach weather!

Have fun the rest of your time there! Next week my family and I will also be spending time on th sandy shores of Lake Michigan -- in Union Pier, which is a few miles north of the Indiana state line. Can't wait.

My brother-in-law is an artist and has had exhibits in Saugutuck -- which is a charming town!
