I'm not gonna fill that all out, lol... but I will tell you that pre-op at 165 pounds I was a size 16. Now I'm a 10. Before when I WAS a 10 I was 135 pounds. Sizes run so much differently post-op.

Hmm, just had this on my mind since I was shopping for work clothes just the other day and I'm still totally confused by sizes - I don't understand how all this "normal" clothing works! I was never a regular size in my life until this year!
Weight- Pant Size
175-- 12 or 14 depending on who it is
200-- 16/18
250-- 22/24
275-- 24/26
300-- 26/28
350 -- 30/32, 3x that was tight

This is hard because I can't remember being under 300. I know I was ~300 in 11th grade and wore a 26/28. Sometimes I wore a 30, especially in nice clothes. My 11th grade prom dress was a 30 and my 12th grade dress was a 32. I have no recollection of what I weighed. I went up through college. At 350, I was a 4X. 400 was a 5X, and at my surgery I was 457 which was either a 5X or 6X depending on the brand.
Post-op, my 6Xs were too big as soon as I hit 430. 5X got too big when I got down to ~350. As of right now, I am 301 and in a 26/28 or a 3X. I bought one shirt at Catherine's that is a 2X! I haven't worn a 2X in anything since high school and my 20 year reunion will be next year! Didn't do the right format, but this will give you an idea of sizes and weights.

5'0"
119/42 years old - almost 43
119--4, 6, 8 & 10's depends on who makes them and how thery're cut (mostly I'm a size 8)
125--8 & 10
135--10 & 12
140--12 & 14
150--14 & 16
180--18
200--20
215--20
225--22
250--24
268--24 & 26
My pant size seemed to be directly related to the weight when I was MO, if I weighed 180 I wore an 18 etc.
