Lightbulb Happy Mother's Day

I know I am a littl early wishing all you wonderful mothers Happy mothers day but I personally think everyday should be Mother's Day.

I do have a question. This is my first Mothers day with my Hunny Bunnie and look forward to many many more but I was wondering what is the one Mother's Day gift that stands out to you the most that you have gotten for Mother's Day. I look forward tot he days when my baby will bring me home the little drawings with the glue and popcorn stuck to it or cup full of beans and a flower sticking out of it . What is your most precious moment?

Happy Mothers day to you and all the other mommies!!!

Well I have gotten lots of presents since my oldest is 15. But I love always the handprint gifts with their poems. Just beacuse it really is about my baby! And something I can keep forever.

Default Happy Mothers Day too!

The most precious of gifts are the ones that the kids made me! I treasure them and keep them all.

Happy Mothers day to you all!
Mine will be a emotional one as I lost my only child, a daughter, when she was 27 along with her boyfriend and 4 yr old son 10 yrs ago this Aug.
I cherish memories now and have cards and things she gave me through the years. Always remember to save such things. They do bring comfort.
It's easier now, but still feel as if they'll all walk into house sometimes.
Please give your children a big hugg for me.
Take care,
Kathy

The construction paper basket with paper flowers in it AND a silver puzzle piece with the boys picture together lasered onto it and put on a necklace.. I love it!

Ditto.....my youngest just gave me the coolest poem...and the funniest sentance was
"My Mom is happy when....my Dad buys her coffee (Starbucks)."

She also wrote
"If I had a million dollars I would buy her tons of jewelry"

I was cracking up.

my favourite - a giraffe - handmade by my daughter - the head is a clothes pin and so you open the mouth to stick a recipe in it - a giraffe recipe card holder - very cool

as i have 3 kids, 14,12,9 - i have lots of homemade presents, my son did woodworking in school and made me a vanity mirror with a wood frame and a shelf on it, got that for xmas, i am very lucky

enjoy your mothers day everyone

it's funny i stumbled onto this thread...i got home from work last night and my son (he's 6) had a marigold in a red plastic cup for me! he also handed me a list of things he love about his mom! my favorite said...'i love it when my mom and i play candy land'...i just hugged him like crazy! of course he couldn't wait until sunday to give it to me, but who cares---he was so excited!
happy mothers day to you all!
kathy-(((hugs))) to you
