our excess skin is broken down bad skin. Its not a good specimen at all. This straight from the mouth of my "reconstructive" plastic surgeon Dr Katzen. He only does PS on post WLS patients. He's in Beverly Hills if anyone is interested, he does travel out to Orange County too!
