Try posting your BEFORE picture on your SNACK FOODS. I did this...It helped keep me out of the kitchen! My fridge, cupboards, everything was covered in Before's....to remind me! I put afters on the GOOD choices. Visual cues to remind. Did the trick for me!!

Zen, I have to say that is a great idea. I am not going thru the munchie stage yet, but I know that when the time comes (hopefully a LONG way away) I will definitely use your suggestions. God knows that I wouldn't pick up anything that had my before picture on it. It would definitely make me lose my appetite. lol

My week started out that way. I had protein drink for breakfast and lunch the next day and then normal supper. No snacks..It was tough, but it sure helped me get out of that grazing day. Snacks.......bad for me.

nip it in the butt cindy, or bend over dear and ill kick yer shrinking butt get back on track, you owned it, now fix it hunny bunny, we all do it, but we work too hard to let it get the best of us, now come for a walk with me, i havent been doing much of any exercising and it really bothers me.

Dumb dumb husband went and bought Doritos and Lays Chips and brought them home last night......BIG BAGS! Says I dont' have any junk food in the house...Ughhh.....they are calling me from the cupboard. He will be real lucky if they are there when he gets home.....I just might douse them with bleach and put in the garbage.....(no I'm not that tempted....well maybe a little) BUT they are not touching these lips...I will not.....I will not....
