Holy crap, I thought that my adjustable loan adjusted next year... nope, I was wrong...it is this year. My mortgage pmt. just went up $1000.00 a MONTH.

SO, THE QUESTION IS...HAS ANYONE REFIED LATELY AND LOVED THEIR DEAL... I want to do a 125% loan asap (I want to sock away some money for PS)...anyone in the mortgage industry??? PM me if ya are!!

I can't refi because no one will refinance a manufactured home on a stated income. Life is so rough..

Do you do loans on Manufactured homes. We own the land and the home, but it isn't on permanent foundation and that is usually what kills us. Also, looking for a stated income loan and don't find too many of those anymore....
