Default On a coffee high (:

dang....ive been having a rough 2-weeks studying for midterms and groups presentations. Ive recently began to go back to my old days of coffee drinking.....i mean ill drink like like 4-5cups in one day to keep me awake. Since ive spent so much time w/out all that coffee, i can really feel the caffeine kicking in now.....its sorta cool in an eye-opening way

dunno how safe or good that is for my body though

Ditto for me. The last week or two I have started seriously drinking coffee again. I have at least 3 cups a day but can get up to 5 sometimes. It just goes down really well and seems to soothe my stomach. I dont know how good it is for us either. I think it's bad for ulcers and of course it probably isnt the healthiest thing. Listen im down to my doctors goal weight and it is STILL comming off fast so I dont worry about a little low fat creamer and a tsp or two of sugar.

oh yeah...those machiatos used to be my fav. For some reason i tend to satisfy all my coffee needs at home with my cappucino/espresso machine

i make my own SF, FF machiatos with a home-made watered-down version of skim milk and Starbuck's SF vanilla syrup. The only thing it lacks is the caramel sauce though ):

I drink more coffee now than I ever did. It started when the weather was so cold and it was nice and warm. I think its a real mixed thing...some do decaf, others not... If its not bothering you any, I would say its fine. I get in that much some days - a Starbucks Venti is pretty large!
