great goals JenBear, and no scratching his eyes out with your tiger claws would not be mean, it would be justice

Default Happy to make goal

First, I am happy I made it and passed goal...and I think that no matter how we do on this journey whether we make it to goal or come close, or we pass it, it is a much better quality of life. I think the 5 things that I wanted to accomplish was more like a list of 100 or so..but heres 5.

1. Shop at all of the cheap clothing stores and actually be able to wear the clothes....I am overdoing it in this department.

2. Learn to eat to survive and not look forward to what I am eating next. I always would eat lunch and right after dream about what I am eating for dinner..now I don't dream about donuts every night..just once in awhile. LOL

3. Have someone tell me I am tiny. I wanted to be thin..but never thought I would be called tiny. I think it is because I am so dang short!

4. Have a healthy blood pressure...it is now on the low side except when nervous or if I am yelling at my kids....

5. Be able to walk a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing. I remember Kelly asking me pre-op if I took the elevator up to Dr C's and I said yes...she gave me the stink eye and said no more...next time you take the stairs...to this day, I take the stairs when available...loving that part. Even with all of the hernia surgeries and other female surgeries, I still take the stairs.

I just love this thread.
