Hi quicktrip. Your doing great on your loss! You weren't that big to begin with! well, compared to me anyway! lol.
I have lost 50 lbs as of Wednessday and I haven't had any problems yet...
My biggest issue is that I can eat more than I would have expected. I can finish almost a whole lien cusine. Funny how that now seems like a lot of food.

Hows It Going Today ? My Bmi Before Surgery Was 44 . I Dont Know If You Seen My Height . Very Short , So To Me I Think I Looked Huge And I Felt It Too. But Now Im Feeling Better. Congrats On Your Weight Loss So Far. Have You Seen , Or Anyone Else ( That Had Gbs In October) Notice A Slow Down In Weight Loss Recently. Well I Have And Im Just Hopeing To Get It Back Soon. I Guess I Need To Get My Energy Back.

Ok...remember the ranting and raving I was talking about?
Well here it is!
I PUT ON 9 LBS!
I hope it is just water...I know that I retain alot of water. My dr and Surgeon both said to take my water pills when I need them....BUT 9 LBS!
Yesterday for lunch I had baked scoops with a chicken salsa that I made(delicious I might add) but Good Golly!! I don't remember .............oh wait...I just remembered. Night before last I ate a lemon....with salt! LOL!
Word to myself and my new buddies...DONT DO THAT!LOL!

Hey Sheila,

Omg That Does Sound Weird To Gain 9 Pounds . Well Hopefully It Is Just The Water Weight. Are You Do For A Period? Cuz Maybe That Can Do It. Its Got To Be A Temporary Thing Though. If You Dont Mind Me Asking , What Was Your Starting Weight And Or Bmi Before Surgery? I Hope It Get Better For You.
