North County Support Group @ Rains 1/9
For our meeting on Tuesday I thought it would be fun to bring a "before" photo. I haven't seen everyone's before photo and I think it will be encouraging! So dig out the biggest, most unflattering, grainiest, photo you can find that shows just how much of a loser you are!!!

Hi Rain
I found a "great" photo to use for my before. It was in May when I was at my highest of 359! Well . . . maybe I should say the highest where I actually was weighed. Lord knows that I wouldn't have gotten on that scale if I wasn't at the doctor's office and had to!

Before...
BEFORE-I used to hide from cameras or stand behind other people. At the doctors I would tell them that my weight was classified information and I would have to shoot them if they found out! See you losers on Tues! Linda

Northy County Support Group
Will there be a support group meeting in North County for February? After I see Dr C on Friday, I'll probably have major nerves and want to meet someone who has gone thru this (RNY).
