The Magic of Snowflakes
God designed snowflakes so beautiful & unique. Shut your eyes & have someone say "snowflakes." Your mind forms visions of beautiful ice crystals floating lightly ,slowly, gently on your hair & face. As a child you would close your eyes and stick out your tongue & catch the snowflakes as they would delicately land & dissolve. You never got over the wonder of the magic & the beauty. As an adult the "magic" of the snowflakes are gone. No longer do you stop & see the beauty of the perfect designs. Now it is plain drudgery. Snow to shovel, scrap off windows, traffic to fight. No longer the magic. No remembered snow-flakes on tongues, no snowmen, or snow angels & what about that perfect snowball to hit your brothers, sisters or friends. I think we need to go back to our childhood & catch the wonder & magic that God designed for us & remember " the magic". Friends are special they are like snowflakes- all different, beautiful and unique. "We may be a bunch of flakes but together we have a ball !!"
I just had to share this with all of you~ I'm happy to count you all as my friends, and happy to begin a new year together with all of you in my life!

That was really cute.. but I must admit that when I am in the snow.. I'm still like a child.. I put my arms out to my sides close my eyes, twirl and catch snowflakes on my tongue still..  I may be getting older, but I refuse to grow up!! LOL
