I just wanted to say that you all looked great tonight and I can see that we are all shrinking away. Let's keep up the great job! It is so unbelievable and it seems like yesterday that we all met. I am so lucky to have you all as friends. Love ya all.

Oh yeah, and Jenna, you are looking good. Are you ok? I was wondering what happened to you at the meeting and I hope you are ok.

Hi,
It was good to see everyone too. Sorry I had to leave during the meeting, I had a kidney stone attack. I was having horrible pain in my left abdomin and went in the back to call my hubby and the lady that was at the desk asked what was wrong. I told her and she got Dr Callery. He told me to go to the er and called ahead for me. I have never gotten such quick service in an er before. They did bloodwork, urine test (which showed blood in my urine), xrays and a CT scan and I have a 3mm stone along with a UTI. Ouch. Thank you Tonya for driving me and staying with me till my hubby got there. I am lucky to have a friend like you I'm goin to bed now. So tired and sleepy from the pain meds they gave me.

Thank You everyone for your care and concern, it feels really good to have people care and ask how I am. I've kept myself isolated and withdrawn for so long, It's nice to be meeting you all and beginning wonderful friendships that I know are to last a loong time.
I'm doing ok today, I haven't passsed the stone yet, and the pain comes and goes. My hubby and I had to be at UCSD Thorton Hosp. at 6:30 this am to check in for his knee surgery. It went well and we just got home a little while ago. Poor Don, he feels sooo icky from the anethesia. He puked in the car right when we pulled up to our apt. ( good thing we had a barf bag) lol. So I've put him to bed and will be doting on him while he recuperates.
Pam Yes we will be at the Christmas Party, I wouldn't miss it for the world. We are going to bring Gavin too I'm going to go check on my DH.

I have to admit that there were a few there last night that looked like they never ever needed the surgery to begin with. Christina, Stuart, Dale.....to mention a few. Sorry I didn't stick around Christina, the "ringing purse" call was a reminder that I had a LOT of work to do still last night before getting to bed......so off I ran to get to work.

The old "windbag" huh? Good descriptive name for her. She almost put me to sleep a few times......I think she did put Jay to sleep!
