I'm trying to get them to release to me the paperwork they sent to the insurance company. Unfortunately their insurance coordinator is out of the office this week. Well, it's not like I'll get them to reverse their denial in a week anyways I'm just impatient. Thanks for the help and insight.

Best of luck with your appeals. My thoughts and prayers are with you to be able to do the surgery you want. I was told I was covered but then a week before surgery I was told my procedure wasn't covered. It is pretty emotional. So keep fighting for what you want. It is worth it.
